How to read this screen

ECHO answers one question per room: is a capable guardian present? It never answers who. Everything else is reasoning on top of that single boolean.

Zones occupied — rooms where a body is currently disturbing the radio field.
Trading hours guarded — the share of your open hours that historically had someone present. This is the number a customer renews for.
Open alerts / top risk — risk is 0–100, built from sensor confidence, how unusual the event is against the learned rhythm, the near-repeat window, how long it has persisted, and whether there is movement. Every alert shows its own factors.
Radios reporting — a bound radio that goes quiet raises a tamper alert. Silence is a signal, not a gap.

Demo scenarios

The CSI pipeline is real. These overlays force physical conditions so you can see guardian-gap and intrusion logic without waiting for 02:00. Overlays are time-boxed and never taught to the learned routine.

52 OFDM subcarriers. Amplitude only. No identity inversion. Deviation and flux are in robust sigma against this zone's own calibrated baseline.

Learned occupancy rhythm

Seven days × 48 half-hour slots, learned per zone and shown here as the site-wide guardian view. Each slot forgets exponentially, so the model tracks the premises as its rhythm changes. Alerts quote a Wilson confidence interval, not a bare ratio.

Ranked by open status, then composite risk. Each alert carries the factors that produced its score.

Every incident can be exported as a signed evidence pack: the alert, the reasoning, the sensor state, the lawful-occupier attestation that permitted sensing, and the surrounding audit entries with their hash chain verified. The pack carries its own SHA-256 digest bound to the ledger head, so an edited report or an edited ledger is detectable by whoever receives it.

Bound radios

Only serials bound to this floorplate are ingested, and only signed frames are accepted over UDP. Stray CSI is rejected and audited. A bound radio that stops reporting raises a tamper alert rather than silently going grey.

Append-only audit

Every line is hash-chained to the one before it. Editing or deleting history breaks the chain, and the break is reported here.

What ECHO refuses

Muhammad Ahmad Adnan, Director, Autven Ltd — occupancy intelligence is a crime-prevention control, not a covert surveillance product.

No identity, faces, gait, or “who is in the room”.
No head-count. Guarded or unguarded is the whole output.
No through-wall product claims, no adjoining dwellings.
Sensing pauses until the lawful occupier attests ownership, floorplate limits, and staff notice.
Unbound radios are rejected. CSI is reduced to occupied / empty / motion.

This premises uses ECHO by Autven, a camera-free occupancy system. It estimates whether a room is empty or occupied using Wi‑Fi signal disturbance. It does not identify people, count people, record video, or record audio. Sensing is limited to this property. Questions: Autven Ltd.
